About Me
I’m DavidMichael Bogard, a Michigan attorney and partner at Bogard Law in Riverview. I help people with criminal defense, family law, and estate planning matters across Downriver (Wayne County) and Monroe County.
Since May 2022, I’ve served as contract appointed defense counsel in the Monroe County First District Court, representing people who qualify for court-appointed counsel. That work keeps me in the courtroom regularly and familiar with how local cases move through the system.
